These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the FrozenSkins website located at https://frozen-skins.com/, including the Store, Account, Wallet, inventory tools and all related services made available through the website (collectively, the “Platform”).

In these Terms, “FrozenSkins”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FROZEN SKINS LTD. “User”, “you” and “your” refer to any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
By creating an Account, purchasing a Skin, selling a Skin to us, accepting Coins or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not use the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Account” means the personal user account created on FrozenSkins.
“Coins” means the internal, non-withdrawable credits that may be issued to a User after FrozenSkins accepts and acquires an eligible Skin from that User.
“Item” or “Skin” means a supported digital in-game item associated with Counter-Strike 2 and transferable through Steam, including weapon skins, knives, gloves, stickers and other eligible digital items.
“Store” means the part of the Platform through which Users may purchase available Skins directly from FrozenSkins.
“Wallet” means the section of an Account in which the User’s available Coin balance and related transactions are displayed.
“Steam” means the third-party platform operated by Valve Corporation and its relevant affiliates.
“Steam Account” means a user account registered with Steam.
“Steam Trade Offer” means an offer sent through Steam for the transfer of one or more Items.
“Steam Trade URL” means the Steam-generated link that allows trade offers to be sent to a Steam Account.
By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete; that you are using the Platform for lawful purposes; that you lawfully control any connected Steam Account; and that you have the legal right to transfer every Skin you submit to us.
You must not use the Platform if doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, trade restrictions, Steam rules or any agreement binding upon you. We may restrict access from particular countries or territories where offering the Platform would create legal, regulatory, payment, sanctions, fraud or security risks.
Certain features require a registered Account. You must provide accurate registration details and maintain access to the email address associated with your Account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your contact information, Steam details and Steam Trade URL accurate and up to date, review all transaction details before confirming a purchase or sale, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not create an Account using false or misleading information, impersonate another person, share or transfer your Account, use another person’s Steam Account without permission, or create multiple Accounts to avoid restrictions, transaction limits or suspension.
We may treat activity completed through your authenticated Account as authorised by you unless you notified us of suspected compromise before the relevant activity occurred.
FrozenSkins will not ask you to provide your Steam password through a FrozenSkins form. You are responsible for verifying that you are using the official FrozenSkins website before entering any Account information.
A valid Steam Account and Steam Trade URL may be required to view inventory information, submit Skins for evaluation, sell Skins to us, receive purchased Skins and accept Steam Trade Offers.
Your Steam Account is provided and controlled by Steam, not by FrozenSkins. You remain responsible for complying with Steam’s terms, account requirements, trading restrictions and security procedures. The Steam Subscriber Agreement separately governs your relationship with Valve. (Steam Store)
FrozenSkins is an independent service. We are not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by Valve Corporation or Steam, and no commercial affiliation should be inferred merely because the Platform supports Steam-related Items and transfers.
Steam may impose trade holds, transfer restrictions, account locks, authentication requirements, inventory visibility requirements or other limitations. FrozenSkins does not control these measures and cannot remove or override them.
We are not responsible for a delay or failed transfer caused by a Steam outage, maintenance, an invalid Steam Trade URL, private inventory settings, missing authentication, a trade ban, an account restriction, the User’s failure to accept an offer, or another circumstance outside our reasonable control. Where possible, we will assist the User in identifying and resolving the issue.
The Store allows Users to purchase Skins directly from FrozenSkins. It is not a peer-to-peer listing service through which independent sellers list Skins for purchase by other Users.
The availability of every Skin is limited. Adding a Skin to a basket does not reserve it, and the Item may become unavailable before the order is completed.
We may add or remove Items, limit quantities, restrict sales in certain locations, suspend transactions temporarily, or refuse an order where reasonably necessary for availability, maintenance, security, fraud prevention, payment verification or legal compliance.
Each purchase concerns a specific Item identified in the order. Users must review the Item’s description and available characteristics carefully before completing a purchase.
The value and displayed price of a Skin may depend on several Item-specific characteristics. These may include its wear or float value, exterior, quality, rarity, attached stickers, weapon or Item type, collection, finish, paint index, paint seed, pattern, phase, variant, market availability, demand, liquidity, applicable trade restrictions and recent market information.
Exterior classifications may include Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. Items with the same general Skin name may therefore have different prices because their exterior, float, stickers, pattern, phase, rarity or other characteristics differ.
The displayed price includes the value attributed to the specific characteristics identified on the relevant product page, including the Skin’s wear, attached stickers, rarity, quality and exterior. Users must verify these characteristics before confirming the order.
Where a generic promotional image is used, the written Item details and transaction data take priority over the generic image. Where a particular float, pattern, sticker arrangement or other characteristic forms part of the offer, the specific Item information displayed before purchase will form part of the contract.
Store prices may be displayed in the following supported currencies: GBP (Pounds Sterling), EUR (Euro), USD (US Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar), AED (UAE Dirham), AUD (Australian Dollar), AZN (Azerbaijani Manat), CZK (Czech Koruna), HUF (Hungarian Forint), KZT (Kazakhstani Tenge), MDL (Moldovan Leu), NZD (New Zealand Dollar), PEN (Peruvian Sol), PLN (Polish Złoty), and UZS (Uzbekistani Som).
FrozenSkins may change Skin prices, Coin offers, valuation methods and supported currencies at its discretion. Any price change will apply to future transactions and will not affect an order already accepted by us.
All displayed prices include applicable VAT. The final amount payable will be shown before the User confirms the purchase.
If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an obvious technical, typographical or data error, we may reject or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received and the Skin has not been delivered, the payment will be returned through the original payment method.
Available payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, together with any other payment option displayed during checkout. Payment method availability may depend on the User’s location, device, currency and the services supported by the relevant payment provider.
FrozenSkins does not collect or store full payment card numbers, card security codes, Apple Pay credentials or other complete payment credentials. All fiat payments are processed by independent third-party payment providers.
Purchased Skins are normally delivered through a Steam Trade Offer sent to the Steam Account associated with the Steam Trade URL provided by the User.
The User must ensure that the Steam Trade URL is valid and belongs to the correct Steam Account. The User must also review the Steam Trade Offer, the receiving account and the Item details before accepting the offer.
Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by payment verification, fraud screening, Steam availability, trade holds, authentication requirements, account restrictions, private inventory settings, an incorrect Trade URL or the User’s failure to accept the trade.
Delivery is considered completed when the purchased Skin has been successfully transferred to the Steam Account specified by the User.
If a User provides an incorrect Steam Trade URL or directs delivery to the wrong Steam Account, recovery may not be possible. We will investigate a reported incident, but we are not responsible for a completed transfer made correctly using information supplied and confirmed by the User.
Coins are internal FrozenSkins credits that may be used to purchase eligible Skins from the Store.
100 Coins = EUR 8.72.
Coins are not legal tender, electronic money, cryptocurrency, a bank deposit, an investment product or a separately redeemable monetary asset. The stated Coin rate describes how Coins may be applied toward eligible Store purchases and does not create a right to exchange Coins for cash.
Coins are linked to the Account to which they are credited. They may only be used for eligible purchases on FrozenSkins and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred to another User, sold, gifted, pledged, traded outside the Platform or used with another service.
We may correct a Coin balance where Coins were credited in error, duplicated, generated through a technical malfunction, obtained through fraud, connected to an unauthorised transfer, or issued for a Skin that the User did not lawfully own or control.
We may also reverse Coins connected with a transaction that was subsequently reversed because of fraud, technical error, ownership dispute or another material breach of these Terms.
We will not arbitrarily remove valid Coins. Any correction will be linked to an identifiable transaction, error, security incident or breach. Where appropriate, we may temporarily restrict the affected balance while an investigation is in progress.
Users may submit eligible Skins for evaluation and potential sale directly to FrozenSkins.
When a User sells a Skin through this service, the Skin is not listed in the Store on the User’s behalf and is not offered directly by the User to another customer. The User transfers the accepted Skin to FrozenSkins and receives the agreed number of Coins in return.
To initiate a sale, the User may be required to connect or identify a Steam Account, make the relevant inventory visible, select the Items to be evaluated, provide a valid Steam Trade URL and review the proposed Coin value.
A preliminary valuation or estimate is not a binding offer. A binding offer arises only when FrozenSkins presents a confirmed Coin amount for the relevant Skin and the User accepts that offer.
We may decline to purchase any Skin at our discretion where reasonably justified by availability, market conditions, liquidity, ownership concerns, trade restrictions, fraud risk, sanctions, technical limitations or other operational considerations.
The number of Coins offered for a Skin may be determined using its wear and float, stickers, rarity, quality, exterior, pattern, paint seed, phase, market value, recent sales data, liquidity, demand, trade restrictions and other Item-specific characteristics.
Our Coin offer may be lower than a price displayed on Steam or another marketplace. This may reflect the immediate nature of the transaction, market volatility, expected resale period, liquidity, operating costs, fraud risk and differences between listed prices and completed sales.
The proposed Coin amount will be displayed before the User confirms the sale. By accepting the offer and completing the Steam transfer, the User agrees to transfer the Skin to FrozenSkins in exchange for that specific Coin amount.
Following successful transfer and verification of the Skin, the agreed Coins will be credited to the User’s Wallet. Once the Skin has been transferred and the Coins have been credited, the sale is generally final, except where fraud, unauthorised transfer, technical error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Skins are digital Items intended for prompt delivery. Once a Skin has been successfully transferred, refunds are generally unavailable for a change of mind, an incorrect selection made by the User, or a later change in market value.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights, including where an Item was not delivered, was materially different from its description or was transferred incorrectly due to an error by FrozenSkins. Coins received for a completed sale of a Skin are non-withdrawable platform credits and cannot be refunded as cash.

If you believe a payment was unauthorised, duplicated or incorrectly processed, you should contact us promptly so that we can investigate the issue.
You must not initiate a chargeback dishonestly or fraudulently. In particular, you must not attempt to retain both a successfully delivered Skin and the amount paid for it by filing a false or misleading payment dispute.
When a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may temporarily restrict the relevant Account, pause pending deliveries, preserve transaction records, review Steam transfer evidence and provide relevant evidence to the payment provider.
Where a payment connected with Coins or a Skin purchase is reversed, we may reverse any related Coins, suspend delivery of an undelivered Skin or seek payment of an amount that remains lawfully due.
If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or abusive, we may suspend or terminate the Account and seek recovery of reasonable losses directly caused by the misconduct, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate an Account where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, unauthorised payment activity, chargeback abuse, use of stolen Items, sanctions restrictions, a security threat, repeated verification failure or a legal obligation.
We may also temporarily restrict an Account while investigating a transaction, ownership claim, compromised Steam Account or payment dispute.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide the User with a general explanation of the restriction. We may withhold specific details where disclosure could compromise a fraud investigation, reveal security controls, violate law or create a risk to another person.
Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination. Valid outstanding balances will be handled according to applicable law, the source of the balance and the reason for termination. Coins linked to fraud, technical error, unauthorised transfers or reversed transactions may be cancelled.
The Platform and its original content are owned by or licensed to FROZEN SKINS LTD. This includes the FrozenSkins brand, website design, software, code, databases, graphics, text, layouts and original visual materials.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights in the Platform are transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, republish or commercially exploit Platform materials without our prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, CS2, Steam, Valve and related names, logos, game assets and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not imply sponsorship, approval or affiliation.
Our processing of personal data is described in the FrozenSkins Privacy Policy.
We may process information necessary to register and manage Accounts, process orders, operate Wallets, credit and use Coins, complete Steam transfers, evaluate Skins, provide customer support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations.
All complete payment credentials are handled by third-party payment providers. FrozenSkins does not collect or store full card numbers, card security codes or Apple Pay credentials.
The Platform may not be available in every country or territory.
You must not use the Platform if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or subject to the laws of a jurisdiction where the transaction would be unlawful or prohibited. You must also not use the Platform on behalf of a sanctioned person or for the benefit of a prohibited entity.
We may block access, reject transactions, request additional verification or restrict an Account where necessary to comply with sanctions, anti-fraud controls, payment-provider restrictions or other applicable legal requirements.
These Terms and any contractual relationship between you and FrozenSkins are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer residing outside England and Wales, you may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another competent court, including a court in your country of residence.
